Regular Product Updates: Keep the WooCommerce store up-to-date with the latest products, prices, and stock levels from your suppliers.
Timely Integrations: Efficiently integrate new suppliers as they are added to your network, ensuring their products are accurately represented on your site.
Security and Stability: Regularly update WordPress core, themes, and plugins to prevent security vulnerabilities and ensure site stability.
Proactive Issue Resolution: Address and fix any issues promptly to minimise downtime and disruptions.

Scope of Work

Regular Maintenance Tasks

1. Product Updates (Per Supplier): As & When Needed. • Update product listings, descriptions, prices, and stock levels. • Ensure all updates are accurate and reflect current supplier data. Estimated Time: 2 - 3 hours (£40 per hour) 2. Adding New Suppliers: • Integrate new suppliers using the WP All Import Pro plugin. • Map supplier data to WooCommerce products. Estimated Time: 2 - 4 hours per new supplier (£40 per hour) 3. General Website Maintenance: (IMPORTANT) • Update WordPress core, themes, and plugins. • Perform security scans and backups. • Fix any bugs or issues as they arise. Estimated Time: 2 hour per month (£30 per hour)

Additional Services (Optional)

1. Content Updates: • Adding or editing website content, including blog posts, images, and pages. • Estimated Time: As needed. (£30 per hour) 2. Technical Support: • Priority support for any technical issues. • Estimated Time: As needed (£50 per hour) 3.
